Abstract

This research is entitled a juridical review of state administration regarding the authority of deputy ministers in Indonesia. The first discussion is a juridical review of state administration regarding the position of deputy ministers in Indonesia and the second is a juridical review of state administration regarding the authority of deputy ministers in Indonesia. The research method used is legal research. normative. This legal research is a descriptive legal research. in this research. The research results show that firstly, the position of the Deputy Minister in Indonesia is clear, namely having a legal basis for the Deputy Ministerial Institution.
